Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to announce our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences! These conferences provide a valuable opportunity to discuss your child's academic progress, celebrate their achievements, and collaborate on goals for the remainder of the school year.
This year, based on feedback, student numbers, and team planning, we are using tailored conference structures across our grade levels:
Fifth Grade: We are introducing a student-led conference model. We will hold five simultaneous conferences per session, allowing students to take the lead in sharing their progress and growth. One fifth-grade teacher will be present to support the student and provide updates from the teacher’s perspective. They will also have notes from all fifth-grade teachers.
Sixth through Eighth Grades: We will continue our 10/10 conference format with two simultaneous sessions. (Please note we are still doing our curriculum evening in the spring, which is similar to student-led conferences)
Conference Dates & Times
Conferences will take place on the following dates:
November 12th: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
November 23rd: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
November 23rd: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
